How to lead, manage, and equip your team.

Module 5: Leadership Seasons

Navigating the grow, slow, and plateau seasons of leadership.

Module 6: Spiritual Realities 

Understanding and preparing for the spiritual realities of leadership.

Module 7: Vision Casting

How to rally people and motivating volunteers.

Module 8: Recruiting

Mastering the ask and the value of a Ministry Ladder. 

You will also have the option to participate in a bonus and elective module if you so choose. 

Bonus Module 9: Preaching

How to write a message from scratch. From understanding your audience to unpacking the text and its context, preach impactful practical messages.
