• Westside is facilitating High Capacity Leader Intensives with a maximum of 8-10 leaders per cohort
• Sessions are live interactive discussions for processing, peer learning, coaching and challenging one another
• The cost to participating in the program is covered by some incredibly generous Westsiders.
• Access is granted based on demonstrated commitment – your spot is not guaranteed until your application is reviewed. 

Outcomes for the High Capacity Leader Intensive include:

• A plan for multiplying your impact
• A plan for navigating the seasons and pitfalls of ministry. 

The reason we ask for such a high-level of commitment: internalization & implementation.  If this were just a matter of teaching we’d do a webinar, conference or write a book.  Equipping on the other hand requires time and relationships.  The live sessions provide you time to incorporate what we talk about, implement real-time feedback, iterate, and modify accordingly.
